Thank you for your interest in supporting this charity. We do our best to assist only families with significant need. The Foundation does this by having a thorough vetting process which reviews both documents and personal references (in the case of matushkas, these are the rectors of churches, deaneries, employees of dioceses). Only after this process do we begin collecting donations for a family.
Mothers with children need your help!
Please also consider distributing brochures in your area, temple, monastery, shop, having previously asked the blessing of the abbot or parish priest. Each booklet is a chance help someone in need! To do this, write to matushkideti@gmail.com or through the Contacts section please send a request: i.e. «Please send me charitable booklets for distribution (indicate the amount) to the address (full name, full address, phone number).» After confirming your request, we will send booklets by mail.
