The Foundation exists to assist single-parent families of deceased priests, as well as sick children, who are unable to meet their needs and afford medical assistance. In order to apply to our fund for help, you must provide documented evidence of the preceding. We apologize in advance that the Foundation does not transfer money to individuals simply by request, no matter how dire the story.

If you think your family is experiencing difficulties and you cannot afford the necessities, such as treatments, you can apply to our fund with a request to open a collection of money on behalf of your family. To do this, you need to fill in all fields of the questionnaire and attach all supporting documents for so that your case can be considered. If we need more information, we will contact you at the contacts provided.

If we make a positive decision, a collection page for your child(ren) will appear on the website, where photos and some necessary documents (certificates, diagnoses, etcetera) will be published. Personal documents with sensitive information, such as bank statements, will not be published on the site. After this point funds will be collected and due to the grace of God and generosity of donors it cannot be predicted when goals will be met. Upon completion of the collection you will receive a notice and we will work with you to fulfill your request. The fund only transfers funds to legal entities.

If after reviewing your case, a negative decision is made, you will receive a letter explaining the reason for the denial to the address provided. All decisions are final. Appeals are not accepted. We encourage such petitioners to seek other resources. A good rule of thumb is that the more documents and photos that are attached in accordance with our requirements, the better chance of your approval. In all cases, the Foundation performs a legal background check before making a decision.

In order to consider your case, we recommend uploading all the following documents, if applicable (some documents depend on the country or the nature of the petition for aid), to the questionnaire below:

1. Passport: Title, registration, marital status, children. If the marriage is dissolved — certificate of dissolution of marriage
2. «Certificate of family composition» from the place of residence
3. Extract from the child’s outpatient card from a medical establishment, indicating all diagnoses, appointments
4. Document(s) indicating the amount of government and insurance/charitable aid presently received by the child(ren) (including pensions, survivor benefits, funds for care for a disabled child, etcetera)
5. Documents indicating one’s income from employment, child support, government aid, etcetera
6. A detailed history of the child, where you have went and will want to go for treatment (include bills from medical providers)
7. Certificate of recognition of your family as indigent
8. Photos of the child(ren), typically with one of the parents (usually mom)
